My client, Studio 21 Gallery, produces some consistently amazing art shows and represents some seriously outstanding artists. This is the latest -- an exhibition by Miriam Durkin opening next weekend. For this show we produced posters and an email marketing campaign, both using the imagery above.

She ensures her art shows have a consistent and excellent presentation - right down to the signage. This poster will be framed at the entrance to the gallery, and will be posted doors downstairs to direct patrons to her 2nd floor space.
Friday, January 7, 2011 at 10:29PM In December, Studio 21 Gallery hosted the debut exhibition of artist McLean Jenkins, showing drawings from his travels to Venice. This private event was promoted with an upscale invitation printed on bright white linen cardstock, highlighting the Jenkins's watercolor and ink artwork.

I was honored to provide marketing support to another great Open House event by the artists, designers and galleries of Dilworth Artisan Station. Their 2010 Holiday Open House was a fun night of enjoying food and beverages (provided by generous sponsors), browsing open studios, and an art raffle benefiting CMC's Rare and Complex Cancers Fund.
Organized by clients K. Interiors and Studio 21 Gallery, the event included a number of other incredible artists that call the Southend building their professional home -- Anne Neilson, Angela Nesbit, John Seibels Walker, Crossland Studio, Pamela Freeman, Miriam Durkin, Lita Gatlin, Hacker Studio Gallery, Paul Hastings, Sharon Hockfield, Heidi Kirschner, Kris Kuchavik, Leonor Demori Neisler, Bobby Underhill and Christine Brunnemer.
We promoted the show inexpensively using email marketing, facebook, posters, a limited number of printed invitations, and word-of-mouth through the client bases of the participants.
Artists and Galleries donated 40% of the evening's art sales and 100% of art raffle proceeds to the Rare and Complex Cancers Fund.
Monday, October 25, 2010 at 08:43PM Following is a printed invitation design for an upcoming art show at Studio 21 Gallery, featuring painter Robert Langford. This project required some editing of Langford's photo to remove distracting background objects. They will promote the show with coordinating email invitations and a poster.
Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 12:25AM Studio 21 Gallery is planning a 4-woman show next month - "La Femme: A feminine perspective on art" and I have designed a printed invitation, email invitation, and poster to help gallery owner Connie Knowles-Morgan promote it. The show includes Charlotte artists Miriam Durkin, Lita Gatlin, Pamela Freeman and Veronica Kallqvist-Davila, and materials feature portraits by Jeff Cravotta.
